Its often times rare that I let my personal struggles produce an effect on my personality and mood. Lately I have been struggling more than usual in maintaining a heart at peace and keeping my zen. While I have started to feel myself making a few steps back from my path towards peace I feel that re-evaluating my situation will help me stay on track. With better homework habits, scheduling, and keeping sight on the big picture, I should be able to get out of my mental rut. All in all I feel that after I work this semester out, I will be better at handling stress, and staying on task, which I haven't struggled with up until this point.

Ethan, I so appreciate your reflection. I have been concerned for you as you are conscientious, caring, and typically, very centered. However, it just goes to show that you are human : - ) Stress impacts all of us; maybe the important thing is to examine what is going on to create the mood and stress and find ways to adjust that. I know that classes are very difficult Monday - Wednesday. Maybe we can adjust some of the due dates for PA position for you so you could post a reflection on Thursday morning after you get through Wednesday? What do you think? Let's strategize how I can support you in that as well. I can see that you are frustrated, but please know that I don't judge you for it. It is an "alarm" or "notification" for me to see how I can support you and the other PA's at this time. Mid-semester is tougher for many reasons....We will talk more.
